Who will I work with?

With Rafał Pakuła, who leads Round Panda and every project, from the first conversation to delivery and support. When a project needs more hands, trusted developers join. Rafał stays your main point of contact.

Can you take over a website or application built by another team?

Yes. Many projects start with a platform someone else built. We begin with a review of the code, pending updates, hosting and integrations, explain what we found in plain language, and then agree a plan: fixes, an upgrade or ongoing care.

Do we need a technical specification before getting in touch?

No. Most projects start with a conversation about what you want to improve and what gets in the way today. We help you shape the scope, options and estimate before any development begins.

Where are you based, and how do you invoice?

Round Panda Technologies is registered in Szczecin, Poland, works in the CET time zone and communicates in English and Polish. We are registered for EU VAT and invoice businesses in Poland and across the European Union.

This notice explains what personal data reaches us through roundpanda.tech, why we process it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Round Panda Technologies Rafał Pakuła, based in Szczecin, Poland (NIP 8522685691). For anything concerning personal data, write to hello@roundpanda.tech.

What we collect and why

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you provide it, a website address. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation about your project. Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. We do not send a newsletter and we make no automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form against spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles the data

We use hosting, server and email providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Proton) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA

Enquiries are stored on a server in the European Union. Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Cloudflare operates globally; where technical data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the correspondence continues and, after it ends, until any related claims become time-barred. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable form, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, write to hello@roundpanda.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO).

What the website stores in your browser

The website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising. The only thing we save in your browser is your chosen theme (light or dark). We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information for that purpose; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy is linked in the form widget.

Server logs

Like any website, the infrastructure records basic technical data about requests, including IP address, time and browser type. These records are used only for security and diagnostics.
