Strony dla Kantorów

A practical website product for currency exchange businesses.

Customers need rates, opening hours and directions. Owners need a simple way to keep them current. We designed and built a website product with an owner’s panel for rates and hours, multilingual content and layouts that work on a phone.

Simplified project flow
The need
A global brand needed one editorial system serving multiple country domains, with localised content and reusable page components.
Our contribution
We delivered Drupal and Next.js architecture and back-end integration, including targeted page refreshes when content changes. We led the technical work; front-end UI and design were shared with the wider project team.
The outcome
A production platform built to support 17 locales across 13 country domains, with central content management and reusable components for editors.

Insurance · Drupal upgrades & long-term care

Long-term care. Three major upgrades.

Delivered as part of an agency-led project

Simplified project flow
The need
A five-language corporate platform had to stay on supported versions of Drupal year after year, without losing the page-building tools its editors relied on.
Our contribution
As part of ongoing support and development since 2016, we carried out three successive upgrades: Drupal 8 → 9, 9 → 10 and 10 → 11. Each was a separate stage in the platform’s development. Work also included PHP and database upgrades, replacing abandoned modules and migrating page layouts. Other development was partly shared with the project team.
The outcome
The platform reached Drupal 11 without a site rebuild, and editors still compose pages in five languages. Existing content and publishing tools were preserved.

Manufacturing · PIM & data migration

A new data source. The same working connections.

Delivered as part of an agency-led project

Simplified project flow
The need
A manufacturer was changing its PIM vendor. Product information still needed to reach existing websites and other systems in the formats they expected.
Our contribution
Our work on the wider platform combined technical leadership and development. We built the source converter and configurable mappings. A parallel import path made it possible to validate the new data alongside the old.
The outcome
The new source was mapped across 12 locales and 5 brands, preserving the interfaces used by downstream systems.

Simplified project flow
The need
Standard connectors could not handle the queries and relationships needed to move information between a data warehouse, CRM and external systems.
Our contribution
We designed and built custom Go producers and consumers on managed Kafka, including data mapping, relationship lookups and handling of failed or duplicate events.
The outcome
A Snowflake → Kafka → Salesforce pipeline went into production for a Baltic market launch. The wider work also included product-registry publishing and webhook-based lead flows.

Building materials · Production-support application

Traceable recipes. A tool built for the factory.

Delivered as part of an agency-led project

Simplified project flow
The need
A new factory needed to turn raw-material measurements into reproducible batch recipes, record changes and export reports. The application had to run on the company’s own infrastructure.
Our contribution
We built the application end to end: recipe calculations, role-based access, an audit trail and PDF and spreadsheet exports. It is packaged as a single program with the interface, the server and the database engine built in, so deploying it means running one file on the company’s own server.
The outcome
Delivered a software application for calculating and recording recipes with traceable inputs and changes.

Privacy

This notice explains what personal data reaches us through roundpanda.tech, why we process it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Round Panda Technologies Rafał Pakuła, based in Szczecin, Poland (NIP 8522685691). For anything concerning personal data, write to hello@roundpanda.tech.

What we collect and why

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you provide it, a website address. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation about your project. Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. We do not send a newsletter and we make no automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form against spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles the data

We use hosting, server and email providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Proton) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA

Enquiries are stored on a server in the European Union. Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Cloudflare operates globally; where technical data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the correspondence continues and, after it ends, until any related claims become time-barred. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable form, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, write to hello@roundpanda.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO).

What the website stores in your browser

The website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising. The only thing we save in your browser is your chosen theme (light or dark). We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information for that purpose; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy is linked in the form widget.

Server logs

Like any website, the infrastructure records basic technical data about requests, including IP address, time and browser type. These records are used only for security and diagnostics.
