A multilingual platform built for 17 locales across 13 domains. We led the Drupal architecture and its connection to Next.js, including refreshing pages when content changes; frontend UI and design were shared with the team.

Common questions.

Which Drupal versions do you work with?

We upgrade sites from Drupal 7, 8, 9 or 10 to the current Drupal 11, and move sites from WordPress to Drupal. Upgrades can be done in stages, keeping content, languages, integrations and the URLs that matter for search. We have carried one platform from Drupal 8 to 11 without a rebuild.

Do you build classic Drupal websites, or headless Drupal?

Both. We build complete Drupal websites with their own theme, and headless Drupal backends that serve content to a modern front end, for example in Next.js, Astro or React, over JSON:API or GraphQL. We have delivered both, including a backend for a front end built by another team.

Is Drupal suitable for multilingual websites and multiple country domains?

Yes — that is where Drupal is strongest. We have built and maintained platforms running in 5 to 17 languages, including a 13-domain brand platform managed from one editorial backend where editors assemble pages from around 30 reusable components.

Can you connect Drupal to our PIM, ERP, CRM or external APIs?

Yes. Integrating Drupal with product and business data is a large part of our work. That includes eight years leading a Drupal and MongoDB product-information platform, a 12-locale PIM vendor migration, and connecting websites to systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake and custom REST or GraphQL APIs.

Do you work with Drupal Commerce and Polish payment gateways?

Yes. We build and maintain Drupal Commerce stores, checkout changes and payment integrations. Rafał maintains the Commerce imoje and Commerce Tpay modules on drupal.org, which support redirect and BLIK payments.

Can we hire you just for maintenance?

Yes. Many clients start with security updates, PHP and database upgrades, replacing abandoned modules or a single improvement, and then continue with a regular maintenance plan. One multilingual platform has been in our care since 2016.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Round Panda Technologies Rafał Pakuła, based in Szczecin, Poland (NIP 8522685691). For anything concerning personal data, write to hello@roundpanda.tech.

What we collect and why

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you provide it, a website address. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation about your project. Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. We do not send a newsletter and we make no automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form against spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles the data

We use hosting, server and email providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Proton) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA

Enquiries are stored on a server in the European Union. Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Cloudflare operates globally; where technical data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the correspondence continues and, after it ends, until any related claims become time-barred. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable form, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, write to hello@roundpanda.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO).

What the website stores in your browser

The website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising. The only thing we save in your browser is your chosen theme (light or dark). We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information for that purpose; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy is linked in the form widget.

Server logs

Like any website, the infrastructure records basic technical data about requests, including IP address, time and browser type. These records are used only for security and diagnostics.
