Connect your business tools
Link your website, CRM and other business systems through APIs or webhooks. We map the information each tool needs and automate the handover, so your team spends less time copying it between systems.
API & systems integration
Connect the tools your business depends on. We build integrations that move information where it needs to go — from a regular product import to a data pipeline across several systems.
APIs & webhooks · Product data · Data migrations
Less copying. Better connections.

Bring product data in from PIM platforms, ERP systems and files, then publish it to websites, shops or partner catalogues. Handle different formats, languages and relationships in one planned flow.
Changing a vendor or retiring an older tool? We map and transform the data, compare the results and plan the switch. That includes one-off migrations and replacing a source behind an existing integration.
When a ready-made connector cannot handle your data, we investigate the limitation and build the missing part. We address failed requests, duplicate events and recovery so problems can be traced and resolved.
Relevant experience
We have developed integrations for a manufacturer’s multi-market systems as part of agency-led projects. Two examples show how that experience applies to connections, imports and migrations.
Manufacturing · agency-led project
Built custom Go services where packaged connectors could not handle the required queries and relationships. The work included taking a Snowflake → Kafka → Salesforce pipeline to production for a Baltic market launch, plus product-registry publishing and webhook-based lead flows.

Built a converter for a change of PIM vendor, mapping the new source into the existing content hub across 12 locales and 5 brands. A parallel import path allowed side-by-side validation before the switch, while preserving the interfaces used by downstream systems.

We identify the source of each piece of information, the systems that need it and how often it should move. Then we review access, API limits and data quality, and choose a suitable approach — a scheduled import, direct API connection or event-driven pipeline.
We implement the mapping and connection, then test with representative records and failure cases. For migrations, we compare old and new results before agreeing the cutover. Access controls, retries and duplicate handling are part of the design.
We agree how to monitor the flow, investigate errors and reprocess failed records. You get documentation and a handover, with an option for ongoing support as APIs, data formats and business needs change.
Questions
We connect PIM platforms, ERPs, CRMs (such as Salesforce), data warehouses (such as Snowflake), e-commerce stores and legacy internal databases. Depending on what the systems support, we work with REST and OpenAPI, GraphQL, Kafka and Protobuf event streams, signed webhooks, or scheduled XML, CSV and JSON feeds.
Usually a well-designed REST API, webhook flow or scheduled feed is enough and much cheaper to run. We recommend event streaming with Kafka only when multiple systems need real-time updates at scale or strict schema contracts. We have built both direct API integrations and multi-service Go and Kafka pipelines with 30+ connectors.
Yes. We place an integration contract between the source system and downstream applications so the underlying vendor can be swapped without rewriting every consumer. In practice, we switched a central PIM source across 12 locales and 5 brands, validating the new data alongside the old behind unchanged downstream connections, and retired a legacy CRM source on its fixed deadline.
We design integrations assuming external APIs will occasionally fail or send malformed payloads. Every pipeline includes schema validation, idempotent updates (so retries never duplicate records), retry policies and dead-letter queues or error logs. When a record fails, your team can see why and reprocess it safely.
Yes. Off-the-shelf connectors often break on custom fields, rate limits or legacy formats. We regularly inspect actual payloads, map undocumented data structures and write small, maintainable services in Go or PHP tailored to your exact schema — including legacy databases and custom ERP exports.
